The brief encounter and swift parting afterwards, then all throughout his growing up, everything he did was to fulfill those few words. These words are the words that Park Sooha had lived on since the greatest trauma of his life. It’s a line that is repeated in so many love stories, but I choose this as the theme of the drama. The pairing still looks fine since Lee Jong Suk has a mature aura, and Lee Bo Young has an elegant class. The noona-dongsaeng romance doesn’t seem particularly strange, even though Lee Bo Young is ten years older than Lee Jong Suk. The casting and characterizations are particularly excellent, avoiding most cliches. The editing does not drag one bit and the score is quite good as well. The plot is packed, the pacing is great, the flashbacks are handled perfectly to explain everything that needed to be explained. And this time, with IHYV, it would seem from the first two episodes that this is another good one. Lee Jong Suk is the same – Prosecutor Princess, High Kick 3, Secret Garden, School 2013… these are all good projects. I have said before, Song Joong-ki is actually a very smart person in real life, since he can pick excellent projects.
